Girls Academy's Champions Cup Finals

This documentary highlights not only the teams’ intense tournament and hard work but also the strategic use of Veo technology at the Champions Cup Finals. Veo cameras are used on all 15 fields during the tournament, reflecting a shared dedication to advancing women’s soccer.

Tophat Soccer Club

The club started in the Spring of 1982. It is a possession-oriented club committed to a long-term player development model with a major focus on technical development. In addition, the club is committed to providing opportunities for girls of all abilities and commitment levels to play.

Troy Garner
Director of Coaching at Tophat Soccer Club

Coach Garner has led his teams to three USYSA National Championship appearances, securing a third-place finish. His expertise in developing technical skills and fostering a supportive, competitive environment has earned him a top reputation in youth soccer.

Patricia Hughes
Commissioner of Girls Academy

In her playing career, Hughes was a two-time All-American (1989, 1991) and is the all-time leading scorer for Coker College in South Carolina. She was a member of the Irish National Team from 1985-91.

Originating in 1982, the Soccer Club from Atlanta has a long history. Their adoption of Veo began approximately 3-4 years ago, and has become integrated across multiple teams, serving as a key tool in their coaching strategy.
